XLFormula AI is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets formulas from natural language descriptions. We may offer both free and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or subscribe to the Service.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

5. Prohibited activities

XLFormula AI uses artificial intelligence to generate spreadsheet formulas. Outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all generated formulas before relying upon them. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Payments & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle manages:

  • Payment processing
  • Subscription billing
  • Tax collection
  • Payment security
  • Payment-related customer support

9. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
